The Grubigalmbahn
will take you, as the name reveals, to the Grubigalm. The valley station of this bergbahn lies 1338 metres high. This is a 4-person chairlift. The lift slows down when you have to get in or out, which makes it very easy. Also walkers can take this lift and can enjoy a nice cool beer on the sun terrace of the Grubigalm. You see lots of non-skiers because this alm can be reached very easily.
The mountain station of the Grubigalmbahn is located at 1712 metres above sea level.
From here on you can go towards the sky with the Gamsjet or the Schihüttelift. On the picture below, you can see the arrival of this lift. The Grubigalm and Schirmbar are to be found near this station. For the Gamsjet you just have to ski straight on, when you get out. You can clearly see the valley station of the Gamsjet right in front of you. For the Schihuttelift you have to ski down a little towards the valley but after 50 metres or so you have to turn left.
